ROLE DESCRIPTION:Roger Beeler Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. is currently seeking the right individual to join our team as an in-office part-time Receptionist. (Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm)
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. If you're dependable, energetic, and bring a positive attitude every day, we'll teach you the rest.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Transfer calls and accurately take and relay messages.
  • Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Accept and post customer payments to the appropriate accounts.
  • Prepare and balance the daily bank deposit.
  • Help customers understand billing statements and answer billing questions.
  • Provide forms and paperwork as requested.
  • Gather information for insurance quotes and other office needs.
  • Maintain accurate records while handing confidential information.
  • Support the team with general administrative and clerical duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments and records.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning office software.
  • Able to multitask and stay organized.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
