What You'll Do
Every day is a little different! Responsibilities include:
  • Welcome residents, families, and visitors.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls.
  • Assist residents with requests and questions.
  • Coordinate dining reservations and guest suite bookings.
  • Process mail and deliveries.
  • Prepare notices, spreadsheets, and office documents.
  • Enter maintenance work orders.
  • Support various administrative projects.
  • Help keep our front office running smoothly while providing outstanding customer service.
