Familiarity with CRM systems, MLS databases, and Microsoft Office Suite is often expected, and some internships may require a real estate license or coursework in progress. What is a part time real estate internship?

Part time real estate internships are temporary positions in real estate firms or agencies designed for students or individuals who want to gain practical experience in the real estate industry while working fewer hours than a full-time role. These internships typically involve tasks such as supporting agents, assisting with marketing, conducting market research, and learning about property transactions. They offer valuable exposure to the real estate business, networking opportunities, and hands-on training, all of which can help interns decide if a real estate career is right for them. Most part time internships are flexible to accommodate academic schedules, making them ideal for students.
