To thrive as a Part Time Real Estate Intern, you need a basic understanding of real estate principles, strong organizational skills, and preferably current enrollment in a related academic program. Familiarity with CRM systems, MLS databases, and Microsoft Office Suite is often expected, and some internships may require a real estate license or coursework in progress. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude help interns stand out in supporting agents and clients. As a part-time real estate intern, you'll typically support agents and brokers with tasks such as preparing property listings, conducting market research, assisting with open houses, and handling administrative duties. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the sales process, client communications, and real estate software tools. Many interns also shadow experienced professionals, attend team meetings, and learn about local regulations and best practices. This role provides a valuable entry point into the industry and helps you build essential skills and professional connections.

What are part time real estate internships?

Part time real estate internships are temporary positions in real estate firms or agencies designed for students or individuals who want to gain practical experience in the real estate industry while working fewer hours than a full-time role. These internships typically involve tasks such as supporting agents, assisting with marketing, conducting market research, and learning about property transactions. They offer valuable exposure to the real estate business, networking opportunities, and hands-on training, all of which can help interns decide if a real estate career is right for them. Most part time internships are flexible to accommodate academic schedules, making them ideal for students.

Are you looking to get your Real Estate license? Would you enjoy guiding home buyers and sellers through the purchase process? Do you take pride in providing exceptional communication and customer service? Do you do what it takes to help clients achieve their goals?

Or, do you have your Real Estate license and you want to grow your career to the next level?

On our team, we will teach you how to leverage your time to earn more.

Top training for all agents! Training resources include online lessons, in-person help, and shadowing established agents. We follow a Show, Shadow, Do approach to training.

Experience is not necessary for this position - the desire to work and learn is required. The ability to work well in a team environment is mandatory!

Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing why you’re the right fit for our team.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Have or be able to obtain a real estate license

  • Maintaining appropriate communication with clients throughout the process
  • “Always be consulting” by providing clients with your very best service and your very best advice
  • Able to handle, track, and close several team leads per month
  • Be proficient in using computers and smartphones
  • Be a team player
  • Show homes
  • Write and negotiate contracts

Qualifications:
  • Full or part-time real estate agents are welcome to apply
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
