Compensation:

$80,000 - $250,000 yearly

  • List and Sell Residential Real Estate: Showcase your expertise in listing and selling homes, guiding clients through every step of the process.
  • Negotiate Purchase Agreements and Contracts: Skillfully negotiate terms that align with the interests of both buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Provide a Strong Listing Value Proposition: Prepare and deliver compelling listing presentations that highlight the unique value you bring to sellers.
  • Consult and Guide Clients: Offer expert advice and guidance throughout the real estate transaction process, ensuring clients are well-informed and confident in their decisions.
  • Work Hard for Clients: Dedicate yourself fully to clients, and enjoy the rewards that come from their satisfaction and success.

Qualifications:
  • Must have an Active Real Estate License.
  • Must reside in or around the Downey, CA office to attend training and meetings.
  • Willingness to engage in a 1-week training program designed for success.
