Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) receive ongoing clinical support, accessible BCBA supervision, and the resources needed to succeed.   • Deliver one-on-one ABA services in the client’s home, school, and/or community

  • Implement ABA treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA

  • Work directly with clients to increase independence and develop important life skills

  • Help clients develop communication skills, daily living skills, toileting skills, social skills, emotional regulation skills, play skills, and vocational skills

  • Teach new communication skills and appropriate replacement behaviors using evidence-based ABA techniques

  • Follow behavior intervention plans and treatment protocols

  • Accurately collect and record ABA session data

  • Complete detailed and timely session notes

  • Communicate with the supervising BCBA regarding client progress

  • Reliably attend scheduled RBT therapy sessions

  • Participate in ongoing Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and supervision
