We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who thrive in a hands-on, supportive environment and are eager to build real-world skills while working toward their professional goals.
Position Overview:
This role is perfect for anyone who has interests in psychology, education, social work, or healthcare. As an RBT, you'll work directly with adults in individualized programs that foster independence, build communication, and enhance life skills-all under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct, one-on-one behavioral support to adults in residential or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-building activities as directed by the BCBA.
• Support clients in developing communication, daily living, and social skills.
• Collect and record data during sessions to track progress.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for clients and team members.
Requirements:
Applicants must already be certified as a RBT or possess the qualifications to become certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
