Scheduler (part-time afternoons or Saturday)
Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite)

Company Overview

Wake Radiology UNC REX Healthcare is the Triangle’s largest outpatient imaging provider, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced technology, highly skilled staff, and compassionate service. We are seeking part-time Schedulers to join our Raleigh office in our call center. If you are available from 4p-8p Monday through Friday (even 2-3 nights per week) or Saturdays from 8a-2p, please reach out to us. Note, this is not a full-time position.

Position Summary

We are seeking part-time Radiology Schedulers to support our high‑volume radiology scheduling team. This position is ideal for individuals who are flexible, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced call center environment. The part-time Scheduler will assist with inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and patient communication during periods of extended hours. Please note: this is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule imaging procedures for patients across multiple offices.

  • Communicate clearly and courteously with patients and physician office staff to coordinate appointments.

  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and accuracy during each interaction.

  • Manage a high volume of scheduling requests while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
