Radiology opening in Indiana
Located in Columbus, IN
45 minutes to Indianapolis, IN
Full-Time & Permanent
Position Highlights:
Location: Columbus, IN
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Rotation between hospital and remote work.
Call Schedule: Rotated with other radiologists; approximately 13 weeks per year. Call is from 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM Monday through Friday, with weekend call consisting of 3 hours of remote reading.
About the Position:
Team: Join a collaborative group providing radiology services at a hospital location and a Breast Health Center.
Current Staff: The team includes full-time and part-time radiologists, as well as remote/PRN support.
Practice Environment: McKesson PACS is used for all radiologists to work off a common worklist, with EPIC for patient history and Fluency for dictation. Radiology Nurses are provided for procedures.
Volume: The practice handled over 135,240 exams in 2022.
Subspecialty: Light Interventional Radiology (IR) experience is preferred.
Facilities:
Hospital Location: Includes interventional and light interventional radiology slots. High need in areas like upper GI, paras, and thoras.
Breast Health Center: Currently does not require additional coverage.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Up to $600,000 depending on experience.
Additional Support: Nighthawk services provide final reads after hours.
Candidate Criteria:
Board Eligible/Board Certified Radiologist.
Light IR experience desired.
