About Us:

Inspire Family Services is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health skills building  and intensive in-home services. These services provide behavioral health services like screening, crisis de-escalation, and case management, often involving implementing care plans, coordinating with other providers and linking clients to resources.
Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide direct support, skill-building, and therapeutic interventions to individuals with mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Case management:  Provide case management services, including assessing the client needs, developing individual service plans, and tracking client progress or lack thereof.
  • Direct client services:  Implement interventions and provide skill-building training in areas like behavior management and daily living tasks.
  • Crisis intervention:  Offer support and crisis intervention services, which may include de-escalation and emergency services.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely client records, including progress notes, quarterly reports, family session logs and other required documentation.
  • Coordination of Care:  Collaborate with a variety of resources, such as families, schools, courts, and other agencies, to coordinate services and support the client’s needs.
  • Referrals: Make referrals to appropriate community and social services.
  • Client education: Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Medicaid documentation is a plus.
Benefits:

  • Competitive pay based on experience.
  • Flexible hours.
  • Rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community.
