Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is a family-oriented company looking for QMHP's who want to start right away. We can provide full-time hours and a full caseload. Apply today and you could start next week.
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate QMHP! In this role, you will utilize your skills to assist clients in developing acceptable habits and attitudes, managing behaviors, and meeting the goals of their ISP during community-based 1:1 services.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to program participants.
  • Develop and maintain Individual Service Plan, progress notes and quarterly reports with clients.
  • Maintain a caseload of multiple clients.
  • Reduce risk of out of home placement or assist in the return from out of home placement.
  • Attend weekly supervision with Clinical Supervisor.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a human services field or a Bachelor's in a non-related field with 15 credit hours in a human service field.
  • QMHP certification (A or C, both is preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with clients with mental health conditions.
