Position Title
Public Relations - Adjunct
Position Summary
The Communication Arts Department at California Baptist University seeks qualified individuals for its Public Relations part-time adjunct pool.
Openings to teach courses develop on a periodic basis depending on department teaching needs. This may include courses such as Introduction to Public Relations, Personal Brand and Influencer PR, Crisis Communication, and Strategic Event Planning and Experience Management, as well as courses across related disciplines.
Pay Range
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess at least a Master's degree in an appropriate field or a bachelor's degree and significant related professional experience.
Candidates should have a thorough knowledge of principles, methods, and current developments in the field of study and demonstrated ability to support, instruct, manage, motivate, and evaluate students. Higher Education teaching experience preferred.
Candidates must embrace the mission of California Baptist University and demonstrate a clear understanding of and commitment to excellence in teaching through the integration of Christian faith and learning.
Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) preferred.
