About the role
Join our High Risk Foot Clinic team as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner and play a vital role in improving health outcomes for Aboriginal people. Working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will provide culturally safe care, build meaningful relationships with clients and families, support chronic disease management, and help people stay connected to the care they need.

This flexible part-time (16 hours per week) opportunity offers ongoing professional development, a collaborative team culture, and the chance to make a lasting impact through advocacy, health education, and holistic, patient-centred care.
