Licensed Behavior Therapist (School-Based)

What if you could provide therapy in a setting where it's immediately accessible and deeply needed?

LivWell Behavioral is expanding into the Salt Lake City area and hiring a licensed clinician to help bring high-quality mental health services directly into schools. This is an opportunity to work closely with students (ages 517) in a more connected, community-based model, while also helping build something new in the local market.

If you're looking for a role that combines meaningful clinical work, autonomy, and the chance to shape a growing program, this could be a strong fit.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents in school-based settings
  • Manage your own caseload from intake through discharge
  • Conduct clinical assessments and diagnoses to guide treatment planning (no formal psychological testing)
  • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client progress
  • Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and internal team members
  • Participate in the intake process, helping determine appropriate care
  • Maintain timely documentation and track outcomes
What We're Looking For
  • Independently licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or CMHC)
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field
  • Experience (or strong interest) in working with children, adolescents, and students
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat independently
  • Familiarity with at least one evidence-based modality (CBT, Expressive Arts Therapy, etc.)
  • Organized, collaborative, and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy

  • Experience in school-based settings or with youth populations
  • Exposure to intake, behavioral assessments, and treatment planning

  • Salary: $45,000 $75,000 (based on experience and job status)
