What does a part time property caretaker do?

A part time property caretaker is responsible for maintaining and overseeing a property, such as a house, apartment complex, or estate, on a part-time basis. Their duties often include basic maintenance, landscaping, minor repairs, cleaning, and ensuring the security of the property when owners are absent.
