This is a part-time, onsite, Client Project Coordinator 1 position located in Peoria, IL, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
The salary for this position reflects a variety of factors. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Join us as a Client Project Coordinator, where you'll provide critical administrative and coordination support to our Project Management team. In this on-site role, you'll act as a liaison between project management and sample receiving/log-in to ensure smooth intake, setup, and execution of client work.
What You'll Do
  • Oversee, review, complete, and process project management forms, documents, databases, and related information
  • Serve as a liaison for client project needs, providing guidance and recommended actions to internal Pace® teams to ensure successful project setup
  • Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager for follow-up
  • Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system based on client sample needs
  • Review login dashboards and update information and confirmations as needed
  • Assist with project management and cross-functional initiatives, including budgets, timelines, materials, staffing, and project requirements
  • Interpret and apply department policies and procedures; assist with compliance to applicable laws, rules, and regulations with guidance as needed
  • Contribute to departmental efficiency by offering suggestions for improvements
  • Promote Pace's mission through professional, courteous, and cooperative interactions with clients and coworkers

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field
  • One (1) year of customer service experience
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and task prioritization
