Responsibilities
  • Leadership - Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
  • Communication - Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
  • Metrics Mindedness - Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
  • Process Orientation - Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Teamwork - Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management - Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
  • Safety & Compliance - Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support - Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
