Job description

Volunteer Coordination Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling volunteers to support program activities. Maintain volunteer communication, attendance, and engagement records. Provide ongoing support and guidance to volunteers to ensure a positive and effective experience.
 Program & Class Support 
  • Support the coordination and setup of classes (in-person and online), including preparation of materials, attendance tracking, and technology assistance. 
  • Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure schedules, rosters, and resources are current. 
  • Provide technical and logistical support for online classes as needed (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom). 
Student Registration & Data Management 
  • Assist with student intake, registration, and orientation processes. 
  • Maintain accurate enrollment and attendance data within designated systems. 
  • Communicate with students regarding class schedules, updates, and program requirements. 
Administrative & Campus Support
  • Provide general administrative and operational support for the Elm Campus.
  •  Assist with coordination of orientations, special events, and campus activities. 
  • Maintain organized files, supplies, and records to ensure efficient daily operations. 
Schedule & Compensation Part-Time: Up to 25–30 hours per week (schedule varies by program needs). Some evening or weekend hours may be required during registration or special events. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
  •  Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in education, nonprofit, or related field.
  •  1–2 years of experience in program coordination, volunteer management, or administrative support preferred.
  •  Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and virtual learning platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a mission-driven environment
