Part-Time Production Painter
Wil-Ro, Inc. is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and experienced individual to join our growing organization. We are looking for someone who is interested in working flexible hours. Nights, weekends, or on a as needed basis is available.

Expectations and Responsibilities:
  • Production painting in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with different types of paint
    • Comfortable with single-stage urethane paint
  • Knowledge of bodywork and prep experience
  • Wet sanding and buffing experience
  • Understanding of the following application systems (gravity-feed paint gun, pressure-fed paint system, bedliner)
  • Detail-oriented and a focus on quality
  • Mixing paint according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Comfortable working in high-heat environments
  • Cleanliness of workspace and equipment

Requirements
  • Must wear OSHA standard respirator mask while painting.
