We are seeking a reliable, skilled Part-Time Handyman/Maintenance Technician to support general building maintenance and light repair needs at our Chesterton, IN location.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
Schedule: Flexible - hours vary based on maintenance needs
Reports To: Operations Manager
The position will be based out of our Chesterton Data Management Services location at:

1040 Wabash Avenue
Chesterton, Indiana 46304
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine building maintenance and light repairs (e.g., basic carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing and electrical tasks)
  • Troubleshoot and address general facility issues as they arise
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment
  • Communicate maintenance needs and completed work to management
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications
  • Prior handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of building systems and common repair tools
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
  • Strong reliability and time management skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with commercial building maintenance
