Job description

The On-Site Print Specialist is responsible for creating print projects for clients at their place of assignment. You are
responsible for providing quality services and solutions to the client while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Receive incoming print orders and clarify as needed for full understanding of project.
  • Create finished print products as requested of classroom materials, forms (simple and multiple part non-carbon), pads
    of paper, programs, booklets, comb and/or tape bound books, certificates, letterhead, business cards, etc. This may
    include printing electronic files directly to the machines or making copies from hard copy originals.
  • Log all orders as they arrive. Use log to track completion and delivery.
  • Prioritize orders and complete them on schedule for due date of delivery.
  • Utilize various equipment as needed to complete orders: electric cutter, laminator, folding and inserting machines.
  • Maintain inventory of necessary supplies to complete all upcoming orders.
  • Process outgoing mail for pickup (select locations only).
  • Properly maintain all equipment and call for service as needed and with proper approval as necessary.
  • Sign for and receive all deliveries of materials and supplies in print center.
  • Provide back-up to other On-Site Print team members when they are out, including occasionally covering at their place
    of assignment.
  • Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time
    entry process.
  • Communicate regularly with Marco personnel and contact persons at place of assignment to optimize quality in client
    relationship and work.
  • Attend required company and departmental meetings.
  • Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma.
  • Prior working knowledge of copiers, binding equipment, laminators, and padding equipment preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License, proof of personal insurance, and an acceptable driving record; if travel required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with business collaboration tools including MS Office applications and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and to operate with changing priorities.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to
    improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.
  • Strong attention to detail when interpreting orders and in production ensuring quality and accuracy in finished
    product.
  • Highly organized, ability to maintain accurate and detailed reports.
  • Cost Conscious - Conserves organizational resources.
  • Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no supervision.
  • Strong ability to exercise independent judgment

Part-Time Schedule: 25 hours per week, working 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Pay Range:$19.10-$27.70 hourly
