Business Hours: 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday and 10AM-2PM Saturday

What You'll Do
  • Design & Production - Create and produce business cards, banners, booklets, stickers, dye-sublimation prints, and promo items
  • Pre-Press & Quality - Preflight files, troubleshoot technical issues, and handle printer maintenance and color calibration
  • Client Collaboration - Partner with the ownership team and B2B/B2C clients to bring creative projects to life
  • Store Operations - Support POS transactions, inventory, and community initiatives

What We're Looking For
Design & Print Production Specialist
Typically 1-3 years of relevant experience. Able to independently handle standard digital/wide-format print jobs, file setup and adjustments, equipment setup, customer intake, and day-to-day production tasks. Potential for growth to senior specialist level to independently manage complex or high-value jobs, oversee color consistency, build and manage print queue, help improve workflows, and train and coach others.
All candidates should have:
  • Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva proficiency. Experience with EFI Fiery, VersaWorks, Epson Edge, or similar RIP software is a strong plus
  • Strong grasp of digital/wide-format printing, color management, pre-press, and paper stocks
  • A positive, dependable, collaborative attitude with strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay: $20-$24; placement based on experience, software expertise, and production ability
  • Hours: Part-time ~16-28 hrs/week. Potential to grow to full time position. Flexible work schedule possible.
  • Performance Bonuses: Possible at employer's sole discretion after the 60-day introductory period; Not guaranteed
  • Colorado Paid Sick Leave: 1 hour accrued per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours/year (Colorado HFWA)
  • Colorado FAMLI: Shared employee/employer contributions at 0.88% of wages total for 2026
  • Health insurance, retirement, paid vacation, and paid holidays: Not currently offered
  • Other Perks: Flexible scheduling, free uniforms, employee discounts, paid certifications and training

Employment Structure
This is a W-2 employee role beginning with a 60-day introductory period - time for you to learn our team, tools, and workflows, and for us to get to know you. Employment is at-will throughout, meaning either party may end the relationship at any time, with or without notice, consistent with Colorado law.
