This role combines ServiceNow platform engineering, AI solution design, workflow automation, and governance to deliver secure, compliant, and intelligent employee experiences using Now Assist, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, Generative AI, and platform-native automation.
The ideal candidate understands both enterprise risk processes and modern AI capabilities, enabling organizations to accelerate compliance activities while maintaining governance, explainability, and human oversight.
AI Solution Engineering
• Design and implement Now Assist capabilities across IRM, Risk, Policy, Audit, Vendor Risk, Privacy, BCM, and Security Operations.
