Behavior Consultant
In-Home Behavioral Services
Evening and Weekend Hours Available | Full-Time & Part-Time

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families! As a Master's Level Behavior Consultant, you'll provide in-home behavioral support, coaching parents and caregivers to reduce challenging behaviors and build critical life skills. Using evidence-based ABA practices, you'll conduct assessments, develop individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), and monitor progress while empowering families to create positive change at home and in the community.
We're looking for dedicated consultants in Boston, Randolph, and Brockton areas to provide services within a 30-minute travel radius. Scheduling may include evenings and weekends, based on family needs and availability. This is a fee-for-service position offering between 10 and 30 hours per week.
What You'll Do
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized BSPs.
  • Coach and support families/caregivers in implementing behavior strategies at home.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, observing and analyzing behavior.
  • Provide structured skill-building sessions and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in your care.
  • Coordinate with other providers and maintain open communication to optimize outcomes.

What You Bring
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Human Services, or related field (candidates halfway through a Master's program considered)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Previous experience with social/emotional or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a wrap-around team
  • Reliable transportation; valid U.S. driver's license
  • Bilingual a plus
