Aesthetic Injector & Wellness Provider(NP or PA)

Location: New Caney, TX (greater Houston, TX)

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation: $70+/hr (depending on experience) plus Performance-based Bonus

Are you a skilled injector passionate about aesthetics and patient outcomes?

We’re seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) to join our aesthetics and wellness practice and lead the growth of our aesthetic services.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, confident, patient-focused professional who loves aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in neuromodulators (tox), dermal fillers, and biostimulants. You will also perform wellness services such as HRT, weight loss, and IV therapy treatments.

You’ll have the chance to collaborate with a supportive medical and administrative team, and work in a results-driven practice that helps people look and feel their best, inside and out. The right candidate will be an integral part of our expanding practice.

Responsibilities

  • Perform aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators, fillers, and biostimulants

  • Create comprehensive treatment plans and educate patients about our services, products and post-care

  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance

  • Build loyal relationships and drive patient retention

  • Conduct patient outreach and follow-up to ensure a high level of support and care

Qualifications

  • Active NP or PA license in the state of Texas, in good standing

  • 1+ year hands-on experience with injectables (neuromodulators, filler, biostimulants)

  • Experience in hormone therapy, weight loss, and/or IV therapy is a plus — but not required

  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and assessment

  • Passion for aesthetics, continuing education, and patient care excellence

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to educate patients about all services and products
