Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced provider who values natural-looking results, strong clinical standards, and meaningful patient relationships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care in compliance with California state regulations and clinic protocols
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations, including medical history reviews and aesthetic assessments
  • Administer injectable and aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP, and microneedling
  • Support wellness services such as IV therapy, vitamin injections, and weight management programs (including IV placement and blood draws when applicable)
  • Accurately document all patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes in the EMR system
  • Capture high-quality before-and-after photos according to clinic standards
  • Maintain clean, safe, and compliant treatment rooms in accordance with OSHA guidelines
  • Ensure a positive, safe, and high-quality patient experience at all times

Performance Expectations

Success in this role is measured by patient safety, treatment quality, patient satisfaction, accurate documentation, client retention, and ongoing professional development.


Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in California
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on aesthetic injector experience (required)
  • Strong experience with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and cannula techniques
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy with a focus on natural, balanced results
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Experience with PRP, microneedling, IV therapy, or facial balancing is a plus (or willingness to learn)
  • Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to ethical, patient-first care
  • Passion for aesthetics and continued clinical growth
