Aesthetic Injector (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant)
Location: Westerly, RI
Job Type: Part-Time (Transition to Full-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) to join our founding team ahead of our clinic launch.

This is a high-impact opportunity ideal for a confident, skilled injector who can contribute immediately. We are looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also motivated to help grow the practice, build patient relationships, and drive revenue from day one.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform neurotoxin treatments (Botox, Dysport) and dermal filler injections
  • Conduct patient consultations and convert them into customized treatment plans
  • Perform PRP treatments and assist with blood draws
  • Operate lasers and energy-based devices (preferred)
  • Maintain accurate, compliant patient documentation and charting
  • Drive patient retention through rebooking and membership growth

Qualifications
  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Rhode Island
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience (required)
  • Strong portfolio of before-and-after results or active aesthetic social media presence
  • Advanced injection techniques preferred
  • Experience with laser devices strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-style environment

Schedule
  • Part-time to start, with transition to full-time based on patient demand
  • Must be available for rotating Saturdays
