Aesthetic Injector – NP or PA

Location: Westerly, RI

Job Type: PartTime (Transition to FullTime)

Westerly is located on the Rhode Island–Connecticut border and is commutable from New London and Mystic, CT, as well as South County, Narragansett, and the greater Providence / Warwick area.

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Aesthetic Injector (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our founding team ahead of our clinic launch in Westerly, RI. This is a highimpact role for a confident, skilled injector who can contribute immediately—both clinically and in growing the practice. You will play a key role in patient care, patient relationships, and revenue from day one.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform neurotoxin treatments (Botox, Dysport) and dermal filler injections

  • Conduct patient consultations and convert them into customized treatment plans

  • Perform PRP treatments and assist with blood draws

  • Operate lasers and energybased devices (preferred)

  • Maintain accurate, compliant patient documentation and charting

  • Drive patient retention through rebooking, memberships, and treatment plan followthrough


Qualifications
  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Rhode Island

  • Minimum of 2 years of handson aesthetic injecting experience (required)

  • Strong portfolio of beforeandafter results or an active aesthetic social media presence

  • Advanced injection techniques preferred (e.g., lips, cheeks, jawline, undereye)

  • Experience with laser and energybased devices strongly preferred

  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced, startupstyle environment


Schedule
  • Parttime to start, with transition to fulltime based on patient demand

  • Must be available for rotating Saturdays

  • Inperson role in Westerly, RI
