Job Title: Part-Time Physical Therapist (Outpatient Clinic)

Job Type: Part-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Gurnee, Illinois. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and helping individuals restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain.

This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in an upbeat, collaborative clinical environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and physician referrals
  • Deliver hands-on therapy and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve functional goals
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards
  • Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies

Qualifications
