Client Relations Specialist (Behavioral Health)

On-Site | Part-Time | Monday-Friday, 4:00-9:30 p.m. | $18-$19/hour


Note: Evening IOP launches September 2026. Optional daytime training may be available prior to launch (Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.).

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of client experience, admissions support, and program operations.

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients throughout their evening treatment experience. You'll help ensure the program runs smoothly by supporting attendance, scheduling, documentation, client communication, and accountability while creating a welcoming, professional environment for every individual who walks through our doors.

This position combines administrative coordination with direct client support and is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and being part of a mission-driven healthcare team.

What You'll DoClient Experience & Operations
  • Welcome and support clients throughout evening programming
  • Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families
  • Track attendance and communicate attendance concerns appropriately
  • Assist with scheduling, client communication, and program coordination
  • Support admissions and intake-related processes as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records within the EMR
  • Coordinate with therapists, admissions, and leadership to support client success

  • Conduct urine drug screens in accordance with policy
  • Support client accountability and program expectations
  • Assist with facility readiness and organization
  • Monitor common areas and maintain a safe, professional environment
  • Participate in team meetings and shift handoffs
