As a Burn Boot Camp Support Trainer you will be responsible for delivering dynamic challenging workouts to clients of all fitness levels. This position requires a strong ability to engage and motivate multiple clients at a time, providing a positive community for change. A Burn Boot Camp Support Trainer focuses on total fitness including mindset, nutrition, and strength/burst training (HIIT), all while creating an inviting environment of support to exceed client expectations. Burn Boot Camp Trainers must have a strong desire to help clients reach their health and fitness goals through appropriate guided exercise routines, mindset coaching, and accountability.

Burn Boot Camp Trainer Qualifications:

  • Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal skills with a strong passion for people, culture, and desire to serve members
  • Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • Ability to pass the Burn Boot Camp Strength and Conditioning test (SAC)
  • Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized, while communicating in a positive and motivating manner
  • Have a high level of understanding and presence across social media to promote brand awareness
  • CPR/AED certification

Requirements:

  • Group Fitness/Personal Training - minimum of 1 year experience
  • Ability to work and train clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds
  • Certified Personal Trainer Certificate (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA)
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Positive attitude, energetic, highly motivated, and fun
  • Must be coachable
  • Train within the Burn Boot Camp guidelines
  • Must be able to give clear instruction, proper exercise modification, and challenge clients to achieve their fitness and health goals
