role overview
We are looking for a highly energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing retail team. In this role, you will be the face of the brand โ€” building genuine connections with customers, delivering an elevated in-store experience, and leveraging your product expertise to guide clients toward the perfect selection. The ideal candidate brings proven retail selling and operational experience, a warm and driven presence on the floor, and a true appreciation for fragrance and the art of personalized service.
key responsibilities
  • Drive sales through in-store efforts and outreach including clienteling and networking activities.
  • Work with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers and satisfying/exceeding their needs.
  • Demonstrate an excellent product and brand knowledge.
  • Follow the established steps of selling and providing unique brand and product experience.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store, inventory control and LP standards.
  • Assist customers and troubleshoot customer service issues when necessary.
  • General daily upkeep of the store and special projects as needed.

professional qualifications
  • 2+ years experience working in retail or hospitably, preferably with a luxury product.
  • Proven selling and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with retail POS and CRM software preferred.
  • Knowledge of retail store processes and procedures.
  • Ability and desire to work a flexible retail schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
