Position: RN Clinical Supervisor (Part-time, Remote/Flexible)
Compensation: ~ $60-$70/hour depending on experienceSchedule: Part- Time, ~20-25 hours/week + patient care hours for full-time schedule if desired.
Location: Office and Work-from-home Flexible along with North and East Bay Patient Visits
About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be creating and managing a plan of care for individual pediatric patients. You are a Registered Nurse (RN) who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. This part-time, flexible, primarily remote position provides clinical oversight of skilled nursing services in accordance with:
โ€ข California Title 22 HHA regulations and CDPH Home Health Agency standards
โ€ข Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) standards
โ€ข VA/TRICARE, Medi-Cal/CCS, and private insurance requirements
You will supervise field RNs/LVNs, guide clinical decision-making for pediatric cases, complete Home Health assessments, and ensure Atlas maintains excellence as we scale.
Responsibilities1.Pediatric Clinical Leadership
โ€ข Provide oversight and case management for medically fragile pediatric clients (vent/trach/enteral care, seizure management, CCS/EPSDT documentation).
โ€ข Support transitions of care from NICU/PICU to the home.
โ€ข Mentor nurses delivering long-term pediatric shift care.
โ€ข Ensure compassionate, developmentally appropriate family communication.
2. General Home Health Supervisory Duties
โ€ข Ensure compliance with Title 22 RN supervision standards.
โ€ข Create Home Health Plan of Treatment (CMS form 485) for Primary Care Physician approval
โ€ข Conduct documentation review and chart audits.
โ€ข Support QAPI and survey readiness.
โ€ข Train and mentor RNs/LVNs.
โ€ข Serve as clinical resource for changes in condition and escalations.
Qualificationsโ€ข Active California RN license.
โ€ข 2+ years recent RN experience in pediatric home health, NICU, PICU, or high-acuity pediatric care (highly preferred)
โ€ข Experience with home health or complex-care populations (e.g., tube feeding, trach care, ventilator management)
โ€ข Strong clinical judgment for technology-dependent infants/children and medically complex adults.
โ€ข Supervisory or charge experience preferred
โ€ข Home Health Plan of Treatment and OASIS experience preferred.
โ€ข BSN preferred; PALS, CCRN, CPN, WOCN, or case management certification a plus.

2. Adult Home Health- Continuous Care Nursing
