As a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing the latest cool and trendy features of premium PCs. You will leverage your training in artificial intelligence (AI) technology to bring AI and other new and dynamic technologies to life on PCs and enhance the customer experience. By building relationships with store associates and effectively communicating the value proposition of premium products, you will drive revenue growth, increase unit sales, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment.   • Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments

  • Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees

  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis

  • Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance

  • Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs

  • Advise customers by providing information on products and services
