Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – Early Intervention (0-3 Years)

Locations: Rialto, Colton, Rancho Cucamonga, within Inland Empire.

About Us:

Sparkle is a speech and language provider specializing in early intervention services for children ages 0-3. We prioritize family-centered care and support our clinicians with manageable caseloads and no last-minute travel to other sites.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide early intervention speech therapy services in the homes of children in the Inland Empire areas. You will be responsible only for your own caseload with no requirement for report writing — just timely notes. You are free to choose which cities you will like to work in.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver speech therapy to children 0-3 years in home settings

Manage your own caseload independently

Complete clinical notes only (no additional report writing)

Collaborate with families to support child development goals

Schedule:

Part-time: Minimum 20 hours per week

(you pick the days you want to work and how many hours.)

To be Considered for Full Time a caseload of 35 hours a week is needed.
