Job description

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and computer-savvy Part-Time HR Administrator to support recruiting, HR operations, and general administrative functions within our automotive manufacturing facility. This position requires strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will assist with recruiting efforts, employee administration, reporting, and daily office support.

This is a temporary part-time position with the possibility of becoming a long-term opportunity based on performance and business needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruiting activities including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork, new hire orientation, and employee file management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and tracking documents using Microsoft Excel
  • Support attendance tracking, timekeeping, and payroll administration
  • Create and maintain HR documents, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Assist with employee communications and general HR inquiries
  • Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records
  • Perform general office and administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and document management
  • Assist management with administrative projects and reporting needs
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information
  • Support compliance with company policies and workplace procedures
Requirements:Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associateโ€™s degree or HR-related coursework preferred
  • Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing or automotive environments
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data entry
