Already Property & Casualty licensed and looking for a way to make additional income without leaving your current job?


The Elder Agency is looking for a motivated, sales-driven individual to join our team during evening and weekend hours.


This is a great opportunity for someone who:

Already holds an active P&C insurance license

Wants to earn additional income outside of normal business hours

Enjoys sales and closing business

Is competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable working leads

Wants flexibility without committing to a traditional 95 schedule

Responsibilities

What Youll Do:


Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and other P&C products


Work leads and follow up with prospects


Identify bundling and cross-sell opportunities


Help customers find the right coverage not just the cheapest price


Close business during evenings and weekends when many customers are actually available to talk


Requirements
