Job description

We are seeking a dedicatedand compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join ourhigh-volume, single-specialty outpatient surgery center. In this role, you willplay an integral part in providing safe, efficient, and patient-centered carethroughout the surgical experience.
Ideal candidates will have experience in Pre-Operative,Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), or Operating Room (OR) settings,but we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate strongclinical judgment, adaptability, and a desire to grow in a surgicalenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities:
โ€ข Prepare patients for surgery,including assessments, IV starts, and pre-op teaching
โ€ข Provide post-operative recoverycare and monitor for complications
โ€ข Circulate and/or scrub duringsurgical procedures (if experienced)
โ€ข Collaborate with physicians,anesthesia providers, and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
โ€ข Deliver outstanding patientservice with professionalism and empathy
