Job description

We are looking for a part time chaperone to join our rockstar team! We are primarily looking for morning availability, but ideal candidate will be able to work a mix of mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Next person onboarded will also receive cross training as reception to help with coverage as necessary. Hours average out to anywhere between 15-25 hours per week. 

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for playtime with multiple small dogs indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Monitoring dog behavior
  • Feeding and medicating per owner instructions
  • Cleaning up pee and poo accidents
  • Cleaning out crates
  • Doing laundry
  • Light yard work in outdoor play area
  • Daily cleaning indoors and outdoors
  • Rotating bedtime shifts

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work mix of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be comfortable around dogs of all ages, puppies and seniors included
  • Must be over age of 18
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Must have reliable transportation

Preferred Experience:

  • Animal handling experience preferred, but not required
