Field Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to take ownership of job execution, field performance, and back-office operations.

This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of jobs and field operationsโ€”from job readiness to completion, billing, and collection. You will work closely with technicians to ensure they are fully equipped, supported, and operating efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all active jobs to ensure smooth execution from start to finish
  • Work directly with technicians to confirm job readiness (parts, scope, permits, access)
  • Monitor job progress and proactively resolve issues that impact completion
  • Review completed jobs for accuracy, quality, and completeness
  • Ensure proper documentation, photos, and notes are captured
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for technicians
  • Support technicians with problem-solving in the field
  • Hold technicians accountable to performance standards and job quality
  • Identify training opportunities and operational inefficiencies
  • Review job performance, callbacks, and customer outcomes
  • Manage inventory levels across trucks and warehouse
  • Order materials, parts, and equipment as needed
  • Track usage and control costs
  • Oversee receiving, verification, and organization of inventory
  • Ensure technicians are properly stocked for upcoming jobs
  • Prepare and submit permits to local municipalities
  • Track approvals and inspection timelines
  • Ensure all work complies with local codes and requirements
  • Coordinate inspections and close-outs
  • Manage relationships with commercial clients and warranty providers
  • Review scopes of work, approvals, and required documentation
  • Ensure jobs meet partner requirements for payment
  • Oversee submission and follow-through on claims and approvals
  • Review invoices for accuracy before submission
  • Ensure timely billing upon job completion

This is not a dispatch role. A dedicated dispatcher will handle scheduling, inbound/outbound customer communication, and daily routing. Your focus will be on execution, accountability, and operational performance. Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
