We are seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to take ownership of job execution, field performance, and back-office operations. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of jobs and field operations—from job readiness to completion, billing, and collection. You will work closely with technicians to ensure they are fully equipped, supported, and operating efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee all active jobs to ensure smooth execution from start to finishWork directly with technicians to confirm job readiness (parts, scope, permits, access)Monitor job progress and proactively resolve issues that impact completionReview completed jobs for accuracy, quality, and completenessEnsure proper documentation, photos, and notes are capturedAct as the primary operational point of contact for techniciansSupport technicians with problem-solving in the fieldHold technicians accountable to performance standards and job qualityIdentify training opportunities and operational inefficienciesReview job performance, callbacks, and customer outcomesManage inventory levels across trucks and warehouseOrder materials, parts, and equipment as neededTrack usage and control costsOversee receiving, verification, and organization of inventoryEnsure technicians are properly stocked for upcoming jobsPrepare and submit permits to local municipalitiesTrack approvals and inspection timelinesEnsure all work complies with local codes and requirementsCoordinate inspections and close-outsManage relationships with commercial clients and warranty providersReview scopes of work, approvals, and required documentationEnsure jobs meet partner requirements for paymentOversee submission and follow-through on claims and approvalsReview invoices for accuracy before submissionEnsure timely billing upon job completionTrack accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding paymentsResolve billing discrepancies with customers and partnersFollow up on unsold estimates and open opportunitiesWork with technicians to improve close rates and job valueReview job margins and identify opportunities for improvementMaintain organized job records, permits, and financial documentationImprove workflows and operational systemsCoordinate with dispatcher to ensure seamless handoff between scheduling and executionImplement and enforce standard operating proceduresThis is not a dispatch role. A dedicated dispatcher will handle scheduling, inbound/outbound customer communication, and daily routing. Your focus will be on execution, accountability, and operational performance.

Compensation:
