This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing therapists to conduct appointments from their own homes while utilizing our secure platform, Simple Practice. As part of your role, you will engage with clients through virtual appointments and secure messaging, ensuring effective communication while maintaining confidentiality. Our virtual setup enables you to work comfortably while reaching a diverse patient base across New Jersey.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records through our Simple Practice platform.
• Actively participate in supervision and case consultations to enhance clinical skills and collaborate with colleagues.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Support clients in achieving their mental health goals, adapting treatment strategies as necessary based on progress.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including teenagers, adults, and couples facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. You will play a vital role in helping clients find their path to recovery, resilience, and personal growth.

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid license as a mental health professional (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
• Strong skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven experience in providing psychotherapy to teens, adults, and couples.
• Comfort with technology and conducting virtual appointments via video conferencing.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth settings will be given preference. Additionally, familiarity with Simple Practice or similar mental health management platforms is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
