Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, AI adoption, or business/IT leadership
- Hands-on experience leading AI implementation initiatives, including vendor selection, pilots, rollouts, and organizational adoption
- Strong understanding of AI adoption challenges, governance, change management, and cross-functional alignment
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical, managerial audiences using practical, decision-oriented frameworks
- Strong ability to share knowledge through consulting, training, content creation, workshops, or facilitation
- Experience delivering training, workshops, or professional learning programs, with the ability to facilitate discussions, adapt content to different audience maturity levels, and effectively work within an established curriculum
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and minimal supervision
- Availability to collaborate within European time zones
- Ability to dedicate approximately 10-15 hours per week
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish is a strong plus
