This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Make a real difference in a young person's life-without losing sight of who they are. We're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to support a teenage boy who wants to stay as independent and "just a regular teen" as possible while receiving the care he needs.
This is a calm, one-on-one home setting where your role is to assist-not take over-and build a respectful, supportive connection.
Pay: $17.66 per hour

Caregiver #2

Flexibility with start/end times is a plus.
About the Role
You'll be supporting a teenage boy who enjoys online gaming and YouTube (current favorite: Dead by Daylight, though that may change!). Like many teens, he values his independence and prefers someone who can quietly support him without being overly involved.
Your role is to help him stay safe, comfortable, and on track with daily routines-while respecting his space and individuality.
What You'll Do
• Assist with personal care (bed baths, oral hygiene, grooming)
• Provide support with repositioning as needed (increasing assistance required)
• Help him log in and stay on track with online schooling
• Prepare and set up simple meals (lunch)
• Assist with laundry and light household tasks
• Be present and available while allowing him to maintain independence
What We're Looking For
• CNA or PCW experience preferred
• Patient, respectful, and observant caregivers
• Someone who understands how to support teens without being intrusive
• Ability to balance independence with hands-on care needs
• Comfortable in a quiet environment where communication may be minimal
Requirements
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Clear criminal and caregiver background checks
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with caregiving or supporting individuals with special needs is a plus
