Job description

Table Game Dealer - Wendover
The Table Game Dealer is responsible for the operation, integrity and conducting of a particular game as trained for and assigned. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations, internal control policies and Nevada State Gambling regulations.
Pay Rate: $12hr. + tips
Responsibilities and Duties
• Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules and in an accurate manner.
• Promote positive guest relations.
• Responsible for maintaining the security of the game.
• Knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws and attendant regulations as well as the Company's internal control policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Minimum six months dealing experience and appropriate licensure preferred
• Working knowledge of State of Nevada Gambling regulations and rules.
• Must be able to review and comprehend all documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all times, with all levels of employees and guests.
• Ability to interface effectively with the public and co-workers.
• Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Superior guest relation skills are necessary.
