The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time Member Service Agents to join our team at Gamewise in Linwood, New Jersey. As a Member Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to players across multiple communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. If you are looking for a role that offers a fast-paced environment where you can leverage your skills to drive guest satisfaction, apply today!

What will you do?
  • Resolve player inquiries related to accounts, payments, bonuses, promotions, and platform navigation 
  • Must take/make inbound and outbound calls
  • Explain policies, terms, and procedures clearly and professionally while maintaining empathy 
  • Verify account details, support KYC documentation, and adhere to all regulatory guidelines and internal controls 
  • Identify and escalate responsible gaming concerns in accordance with policy 
  • Accurately document all interactions while maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards 
  • Meet service level and quality standards, communicate recurring issues to supervisors, and support peak volume periods 
More about you
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in online gaming, sportsbook, casino, financial services, or another regulated environment  
  • The ability to obtain and maintain the proper state gaming commission license is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems simultaneously  
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if necessary 
  • No degree required
