Job description

Location: Livingston, TX

The Financial Analyst serves as a key individual contributor supporting the financial operations of a casino in Livingston, bringing strong analytical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of gaming finance to a critical financial planning and analysis function. This role is responsible for delivering actionable financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting and analysis in a fast-paced, highly regulated casino environment. Casino experience is required.
 
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar individual contributor role within a casino or gaming environment, with a comprehensive understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a highly regulated gaming setting
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to develop complex financial models, interpret data, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive casino financial performance
  • Deep knowledge of casino accounting principles, regulatory compliance standards, and financial reporting requirements with the ability to ensure accuracy and integrity across all financial analysis functions
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, reports, and analyses that provide actionable insights into casino financial performance, operational trends, and strategic opportunities
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes by delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial analysis that informs senior leadership decision-making
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting and analysis functions, maintaining strict adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and gaming authority compliance standards
