Lotlinx is in search of a Part-Time Office Manager to work in our beautiful downtown Chandler location. The Part-Time Office Manager should have the ability to work from approximately 8:00am to 1:00pm Monday through Friday. Note that hours may vary occasionally to accommodate meetings or events that require extended coordination.
Key Responsibilities
  • Office Operations and Maintenance
    • Maintain and organize office spaces through daily walkthroughs, de-cluttering, and ensuring cleanliness (e.g., trash, recycling, coffee pots, dishwashers).
    • Monitor and replenish office supplies, equipment, and beverages.
    • Coordinate bulk supply orders (e.g., Costco) in collaboration with designated team members.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for building maintenance, facility services, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Administrative Support
    • Track, receive, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Maintain office records, including filing systems and internal databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
    • Ensure all visitors (interview candidates, team members, executives, vendors, etc.) are greeted positively and promptly.
  • Event and Meeting Coordination
    • Assist in planning and executing office events, meetings, and team-building initiatives.
    • Implement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee well-being.
  • Feedback and Communication
    • Provide insights on office dynamics and address concerns as they arise.

Qualifications
