POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Assistant is responsible for managing the daily administrative operations of the Sandy Springs office. This role helps ensure the office operates efficiently by coordinating administrative functions, office services, facilities support, company events, and corporate mobile phone account administration.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance administrative responsibilities.
III. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESA. Reception and Office Support
  • Coordinate catering and meal arrangements for meetings and company events.
  • Plan and coordinate employee meetings, office functions, and company events.
  • Assist with company-wide mailings and special projects.
  • Maintain corporate mobile phone accounts.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
B. Facilities, Supplies, and Vendors
  • Maintain office, kitchen, copy room, and supply areas in a clean, organized, and well-stocked condition.
  • Manage office supply inventories and coordinate purchasing requests.
  • Serve as the liaison between employees and property management regarding facility maintenance and office-related issues.
  • Coordinate office maintenance requests and vendor services.

V. WORKING CONDITIONS
A. Location
Sandy Springs, Georgia.
This position is part-time, with working hours Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Hours may change based on office administrative needs.
