The Opportunity

We are seeking an organized, proactive Part-Time (~15 hours per week) Office Assistant to keep our Soho workspace running smoothly. You will handle day-to-day administrative operations, manage inventory, coordinate travel, and ensure our office remains a welcoming, efficient environment for our team and guests.ย 

  • Office & Inventory Management: Maintain and restock office supplies, snacks, beverages, and cleaning products; liaise with facilities, cleaning crews, and vendors to ensure a tidy workspace.
  • Building & Access Coordination: Manage guest check-ins, oversee keycard/building access systems, and handle incoming mail and package deliveries.
  • Financial Admin: Track routine office bills, enter invoices, and coordinate with accounting for timely payments.
  • Travel & Logistics: Book flights, hotels, and local transit for team members and visiting executives.

Who you are

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative, office coordination, or hospitality role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational habits, keen attention to detail, and comfort managing basic budgets/invoices.
