Job Objective & Safety/Security Sensitive Designation JOB OBJECTIVE: To receive calls from citizens requesting specialized solid waste services and enters service requests into the 3-1-1 computer system to schedule customer requests for services. This position is not designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is not subject to random drug and alcohol screening. Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements and Supervisory Responsibilities These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of high school and two (2) years of general clerical experience to include one (1) year of customer service experience or a related area.
