Maya Home Care, a growing home care agency is looking for per diem registered nurses to see our patients in person in NJ. We are a Licensed Home Care Agency servicing the state of New Jersey. This can be a part time position!
Home Care Registered Nurse Duties include:
• Assess patient at start of care to develop a plan of care
• Initiate Plan-of-Care and make necessary changes as patient's needs evolve
• Evaluate patients in their homes
• Instruct and advise patients and/or families as well as the home health aides in patients' care
• Reassess patients every two months to determine any condition change as well as supervise the home health aide to ensure proper care
Home Care Registered Nurse Requirements:
• Valid & current New Jersey Registered Nurse License and Registration
• Current Driver’s License
• Means to drive
• Ability to drive up to 80 miles if needed
• Organized and Patient oriented
• Able to work independently
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Minimum of 1-2 years clinical nursing experience
• Licensed home care services (LHCSA) or Geriatric experience preferred
• Hourly rate/By visit compensation
• As assigned by DON or Administrator
• Morning Hours Primarily, M-F
• Spanish Speaking a plus
• Road warrior
